1When will I get the zoom link?
Yall, I want you to sign up for the classes HERE. Why? Because only some of you intend on practicing live and only live participates are entered to with the daily show up raffle prizes. I'll send you the zoom link in case you forget to sign up but you will not be entered to win the daily raffle prizes if you don’t sign up at least 30 minutes before class.

Will the playlist be streamed on zoom?
Out of respect for people with hearing impairments who need to control over the levels the zoom and music, I will be sending you both a Spotify playlist and an Apple Music playlist, not streaming.
All halloween playlists are curated by me+teachers, timed to match the class tempo.
NOTE: if you don't have a paid account, the playlist unfortunately will be on shuffle.
What time zone are the classes in?
The timezone in the emails and flyers are listed in Eastern Time (NYC Time) when you log into the website to sign up for individual classes it should covert to your time zone.
Monday’s + Wednesday’s are 5:30pm Eastern ( which is 4:30 Central, 2:30pm Pacific.)
Tuesday’s + Friday’s Class is at 8:00am eastern (7:00am CT, 5:00am PT)
Thursday's class is at 7:15am eastern (which is 6:15am CT, 4:15am PT)
Saturday’s Class is 9:00am eastern (8:00am CT, 6:00am PT)
Sunday's Class is at 10:00am eastern (9:00am CT, 7:00am PT)
What if I've never done yoga before? Is this for me?
We encourage all levels, genders, body types, ethnicities, orientations, subcultures and everybody. We get a lot of students who have never done yoga! We ask that you have an open mind and listen to your body! Please contact your doctor before you begin any workout/yoga routine if you are dealing with health issues, especially if you are recovering from an injury, an illness, or you are pregnant. NOTE: some classes will be harder than others, but take it slow if you need <3
How do the Prizes work?
All prizes are raffle-based. For the daily show-up prizes, anyone who signs up at least 30 minutes before class and attends will be automatically entered into a randomized raffle.
For the grand prize, anyone who attends at least one class during the challenge will be entered. The more classes you attend, the more entries you earn. You can also receive bonus entries by:
– 2 points: Leaving a testimonial on our google page
– 1 Point: Sharing the challenge flyer
When will the winners be announced and when will I receive my prizes?
Daily Prizes will announced at the end of daily classes. The grand prize winner will be announced Wednesday, Nov 5th. I’m a one woman show so shipping will not be immediate but rest assured, your prizes are coming! All prizes (including daily winners) will be shipped between Nov 6th-16th.
