STRENGTHEN | STRETCH | RESTORE
The 21-Day Emo Yoga Challenge is a habit-building movement program designed for elder emos, millennials, and health goths who want to build consistency... without forcing rigid routines that don’t match their energy, schedule, or lifestyle. Practice on your own time. With a soundtrack that motivates you.
21 Days. Flexible movement. 15–50 minutes a day.
More flexibility. more strength. More energy. Less “starting over.”
If you want movement to become a real habit, it needs to work with your schedule, your energy, and your taste in music.
The 21-Day Emo Yoga Challenge is a habit-building movement program for elder emos, and health goths who want to feel better in their body, without forcing themselves into rigid wellness routines that never felt like it was built for them in the first place.
And here’s something I want you to be ready for:
This challenge is going to FEEL different.
If you’re used to all-or-nothing fitness, random bursts of motivation, punishing workouts, or feeling like exercise has to leave you exhausted to “count”… this approach may challenge you in a completely different way.
And honestly? Probably a better way.
Because somewhere between Warped Tour, desk jobs, stress, anxiety, adult responsibilities, and nervous system overload… a lot of us stopped moving in ways that actually support our bodies consistently.
Not because we’re lazy.
Not because we “lack discipline.”
But because most fitness programs aren’t built for real life.
Especially not for people whose brains are already overstimulated, burnt out, anxious, exhausted, or trying to rebuild trust with movement again.
And when movement feels overwhelming, we either:
👉 go way too hard for a few days and burn out
👉 avoid movement completely because it feels mentally exhausting to start
👉 think we need an hour-long workout for it to matter
👉 feel guilty for “falling off” every time life gets chaotic
👉 struggle to stay consistent because the routine doesn’t actually fit our energy or schedule
👉 or feel disconnected from fitness culture altogether because it feels too performative, aesthetic-focused, or unrealistic
👉 Or maybe you’re just sick of paying $30 for an in person classes that play shitty music
Nothing is “wrong” with you.
Your body and your nervous system simply need a different kind of support now than they did when your cardio was surviving a mosh pit and drinking monster energy all day at warpd tour..
The truth is: consistency is built through sustainability, not intensity.
Research continues to show that shorter, repeatable movement routines are often easier to maintain long-term than extreme all-or-nothing approaches. Regular movement can support mood, mobility, stress regulation, energy levels, and overall physical health, especially when it feels emotionally safe and realistically doable.
That’s why this challenge includes:
🖤 short + long yoga options based on your energy
🖤 slow recovery flows AND more intense HIIT-style classes
🖤 emo, pop punk, and alternative playlists that actually make movement feel fun
🖤 an Atomic Habits-inspired workbook + tracker
🖤 a motivation meditation for momentum and mindset
🖤 a free live Zoom class pass for accountability and community
This isn’t about becoming a completely different person.
It’s about building a rhythm with movement that actually works for your life now.
No perfection.
No toxic fitness culture.
No pretending you love green smoothies and waking up at 5am.
Just movement, music, consistency, and a community of elder emos and alternative weirdos figuring it out together.
So… are you ready for a new way of moving?

FAQ: 21-Day Emo Yoga Challenge
Q: Why get this 21 day challenge when I already signed up for the four day challenge?
A: Think of the four day Challenge as your intro and this as your upgrade. You’ll feel the benefits of moving for four days… but 21 more days means more momentum, more mobility, and more of that “oh damn, I feel better in my body” kind of feeling. Plus, these classes are yours forever. Practice anytime, anywhere, as many times as you want. It’s your emo yoga archive, forever access to stretch, strengthen, and restore when you need it most.
Q: What if I’m not flexible or strong enough?
A: That’s like saying you can’t clean the house because it’s messy. Yoga is how you build flexibility, strength, and resilience. You don’t need to be anything other than exactly where you are to start. Each class is guided and layered, so you can take what you need, skip what you don’t, and build confidence with every practice.
Q: I don’t have time right now — should I still get this?
A: Yes — because this challenge was made for busy humans. The classes are all on-demand and range from 10–50 minutes. You can do them in any order, at your own pace. Start today, next week, or next month, they’re yours for life. No pressure, just progress.
Q: I’m a beginner — will this be too hard?
A: Not at all. With 21 classes to choose from, you’ll build a foundation of alignment, breath, and body awareness every time you step on the mat. It’s perfect if you’re newer to yoga or returning after a break. You’ll learn the basics while still feeling like you accomplished something meaningful.
Q: I’m super out of shape — what if I can’t keep up?
A: This isn’t a bootcamp — it’s a build-you-back-up kind of vibe. With so many variations of classes, you’ll find what fits for you, we have Slow Flows that are grounding and supportive while still helping you move and feel into your body. And Yin Yoga, which is floor-based, still, and all about releasing tension through deep stretching. We have short effective sweaty sessions that help build up your strength! You’ll meet yourself where you are — no shame, no pressure.
Q: Is the Music Streamed in the videos?
A: Out of respect for people with hearing impairments who need to control over the levels the zoom and music, you get both a Spotify playlist and an Apple Music playlist, not streaming. All emo playlists are curated by me, timed to match the class tempo. NOTE: if you don't have a paid account, the playlist unfortunately may be on shuffle. If you have Qobuz or Tidal or a different streaming app, it actually only takes 90 seconds to set up Song Shift or Tune My Music, these are free apps that converts playlists from one streaming service to the other!
Q: How does it work?
A: Once you sign up, you’ll get immediate access to all 21 classes — available on-demand with lifetime access. You can do them in any order, anytime, anywhere. Each class comes with a Spotify playlist curated to motivate and move you (because music matters). Whether you do them in four days or space them out over weeks, they’re here for you whenever you need a little more emo yoga in your life.
